Clayton Wilkerson is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, along with a Pre-Health Professions Certificate and a minor in Health Communication, from The University of Texas at Austin. He later received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Medical Branch.
Clayton has completed specialized dermatology training, including the Diplomate Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, where he was also recognized as an Emergent Scholar. He is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with his patients and providing compassionate, individualized care for medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic concerns.
He treats a wide range of pediatric, adolescent, and adult skin conditions, including skin cancer, eczema, acne, psoriasis, rashes, and scarring, while staying current on the latest advances and treatment options in dermatology. Clayton is a member of both the national and state chapters of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, as well as the Texas Dermatological Society.
Originally from Gonzales, Texas, Clayton lives with his fiancé and their three small dogs. He is excited to be back in the Austin area, where he is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a community he proudly considers his home away from home.
