Lilian Machuca, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Lily is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic wellness and cosmetic dermatology. Her interest in aesthetics began as an RN at Central Texas Dermatology where she spent 8 years of her nursing career immersed in patient care before advancing her practice. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Lily completed an extensive postgraduate training residency in cosmetic injectables with SkinCare Austin’s medical director and double-board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Benjamin Eskenazi.

Lily’s ultimate goal as an aesthetic nurse practitioner is to empower individuals to look and feel their best. She believes education is the key to empowerment, and is proud to serve as her patients’ resource for skin health, cosmetic treatments and overall aesthetic wellness. Lily is committed to providing holistic, comprehensive care and remains up to date on evidence-based therapies in both aesthetic and medical dermatology.

At SkinCare Austin, Lily is happy to provide cosmetic services that create facial symmetry and restore lost volume, and perform treatments such as peels, lasers, and microneedling to enhance collagen stimulation and improve skin texture. She also offers medical management of skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma, and hair loss, and develops a multi-modal treatment plan to meet each unique patient’s needs.

Originally from Louisiana and a country girl at heart, Lily, her husband, and their two daughters have called the vibrant city of Austin home since 2009. Lily enjoys strength training, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her family and tiny yorkie, Butterbean, in tow.
