A large number of surgical procedures have been used to correct these changes. In this
office we perform a procedure which combines tumescent liposuction and laser treatment with tightening of the neck muscle.
This procedure has been popularized by the national news media and called "The
Weekend Alternative to a Facelift". Although recovery is rapid, typically over a weekend, the procedure does not represent a facelift.
The procedure is performed in the office with tumescent local anesthesia.
